DOB:November 12, 2006

Muy is a beautiful black boy that has the most unbelieveable, bowling ball body. He is short, wide, compact, and heavy boned. His body truly is a Persian breeder's dream! In combination with his beautiful eyes, expression, small ears, smooth top head, and perfect nose placement, Muy is probably one of the best cats we have bred in the last several years, if not ever.

Muy was awarded a BEST CAT as an open, and he went on to grand in two shows at 8 months of age. At his first show as a Grand, he was Highest Scoring Cat in show (In Costa Mesa, California). He is now living in California with Sharon Rogers of Wilsharhouse and will base his show career for this season from there. (Though he's probably getting more than a little spoiled, that's ok with us!)

Muy finished the season (he actually stopped showing in November) as CFA Southwest Region's 9th Best Cat!

GC, RW Cacao Dawson's Creek
Sire:GC, RW Cacao Pachelbel Cannon
Dam: Kittiary Singing In The Rain! of Cacao
DOB: March 12, 2007

Dawson is a beautiful blue/white male with great coat, tiny little ears, and a short, wide body. We love his compact, heavy build and boning, short tail, and little ears! Dawson finaled at his first show as an open! Dawson will be staying with us for a while, replacing his father in our breeding program.

Dawson granded in his 3rd show! He granded at the Ozark Cat Fanciers show on 1/27/08.

Dawson finished the season as CFA Gulf Shore Region's 20th Best Cat in Championship! He was only shown for 10 weeks as a Grand (and he was not at a show every weekend!) He is also GSR's Best of Breed and Best of Color.

A few years ago, we had a lovely black female girl that we had for sale as a breeder quality cat. As she turned 8 months, she really changed and became a beautiful cat that we decided to show. She became GC Cacao Veiled Vintage! While Vintage has retired from our breeding program, we couldn't help but wonder if the same breeding couldn't produce something a little better. "Six" is the repeat of Vintage, and we have to say, she certainly is a lovely girl! She is our first grand of the 07-08 show season, finishing at the National Maine Coon Cat Club show May 13. She's now retired from the show ring.

GC Cacao Shaina
Sire: GC Detente's Excalibur of Cacao
Dam: CH Cacao Silver Streak
DOB: July 18, 2006

Shaina is a very exciting silver tabby American Shorthair girl. We really believe she's the best we bred so far! She loves to show and is such a sweetheart. She is a BIG girl, weighing in at over 9 pounds of solid muscle.

Shaina is now a Grand Champion! She granded at the Gulf Shore Consortium cat show in Waco, TX on July 28th, 2007.

Shaina is 2nd best of breed and 2nd best of color in CFA's Gulf Shore Region!

"Manny" is a beautiful red mackerel tabby out of our beloved Fire In My Pachette. Like his mother, he has rich, deep red color, little ears, huge eyes, and a wonderful personality and expression. Manny is littermate to GC Cacao Firestarter and GP Cacao Hot Pursuit of Cottontop.

Manny made 6 finals in his first show as an open!

Manny Granded 9/2/07! Manny has been adopted and now happily living the spoiled life with Jason.

Firestater is an adorable calico who steals the show with her cute factor! She loves the show and enjoys entertaining everyone with her silly ring antics. Even though she doesn't have "high white" markings, she has big, bold, vibrant patching that is so beautiful on calicos.

Firestarter Granded 11/3/07 at the Eyes Of Texas Show in Austin, TX!

"Exxy" is a beautiful dilute calico color point carrier. She has tremendous coat and body (very short body, legs, and tail, yet still broad), and a wonderful, sweet expression. We are showing several very nice CPC bicolors this year, and the theme is all about being open to new ideas - Hybrid Theory, now Expand Your Horizons, to be followed by Diversified Assets, Open Your Mind, and Outside The Box... and possibly others. While we realize that bicolor CPC's are considered "taboo" because they can produce bicolor points (Himalayan pattern with white), which is currently not elligible for championship competition in CFA (though it can be used in breeding programs), we have produced these cats with the intention of strengthing our pointed program. We are not breeding specifically for bicolor points - we'd actually prefer not to produce them, as we like to be able to title our show quality cats! We hope someday, however, that people will realize the bicolor points are a color of Persians and accept them into the bicolor division. If you are interested in learning more about bicolor points or bicolor CPCs, please feel free to email us at cacaocattery@hotmail.com.

Exxy granded in the first ring of her 4th show at the Show&Tell cat show in Belton, TX, 12/15/07. We are so proud of her!

Exxy is Best of Color in CFA's Gulf Shore Region!

GP Cacao Nostalgia
Sire:GC Cacao Musician
Dam: CH Cacao Primrose
DOB: July 31, 2006

Nostalgia is a very cute and sweet black CPC we are showing in premiership. He has a wonderful short, broad body, short legs, and a short tail. His small well set ears and beautiful, rich coppper eyes make him a beautiful show cat!

Nostalgia made 4 finals at his first show as a premier and is half-way to his title of Grand Premier. He made 3 more finals at his second show and is nearly a Grand Premier! (he lacks 1 point now!)

Nostalgia granded! He granded in the first ring of his 3rd show. Nostalgia has been adopted into a loving home with Michelle.

DOB:December 20, 2006

I have to admit that Theo is a little spoiled. He was born early on the morning of December 20th, at the beginning of my Christmas vacation. Due to a miscalculation on my part, I thought he was a week early and had little hope for the tiny little blue/white baby that barely weighed 50 grams. However, this little boy was quite vigorous and took the bottle well, so I bottle fed him round the clock during my vacation and he thrived! I later figured out he really was NOT a week early, only a few days.

Theo grew up quickly and he's growing up BIG! At just 6 months of age, he already weighs in at nearly 8 lbs. Theo's day consists of play-eat-play-eat-play-sleep-play-some-more. He's brought that philosophy to the show halls and is a quite a lot of fun to show!

Theo is going to take a break from showing while we show some other bicolors that just can't wait for their turn.
